You can track your package. To get updates on the status of your package, use the tracking number given to you and visit this link: https://greenlightshipper.com/tracking/

You can monitor your incoming and outgoing packages throughout the entire delivery process and receive alerts and notifications.

Your package tracking number is the same as the reference number. It is usually issue with a receipt at doing the transition period. The tracking is located at the upper right corner of the invoice. Ex GLS1234567

If your shipment’s delivery status is “pending,” it means delivery commitments were changed based on some type of delay and our efforts to mitigate that delay.  But don't worry because our team will be working hard to make sure we can to deliver your package as soon as possible.

If your package’s tracking status says it was delivered but you can’t find it, sent us an email (info@greenlightshipper.com) indicating the following:

  • Tracking Reference Number 
  • Confirm that you’ve checked everywhere the package might have been left at point of destination 
  • Enter you contact details and location
